The UKT-210 from Korala is a tenor ukulele with a sapele wood body and a Cites-free engineered wood fingerboard.
Sapele wood is also sometimes called African mahogany. Tonally, sapele does everything mahogany does, with some extra clarity in the highs. Another important aspect of sapele is that it is sustainable wood. Furthermore, the UKT-210 is equipped with guitar machine heads, making it easy to tune and stay in tune for longer.
The UKT-210 is an elegantly modest uke with a warm sound for a reasonable price.
