Richwood's RD-12 is the highest quality available in its price range. It is a beautifully finished starter guitar that plays nice and light, which keeps sore fingers to a minimum. With the oil bath tuners, the RD-12 can be kept in tune. It is equipped with a spruce (spruce) top. Back and sides are made of basswood and it has a pau ferro bridge and fingerboard.

The silver/nickel fretwork on the hardwood fretboard is durable and made for long-lasting playing pleasure. The Richwood RD-12 is very suitable for people who are starting to play guitar, people who don't want to spend too much money and also offers advanced players a stunningly warm and usable sound.

The RD-12 is available in different finishes: natural, sunburst, blue sunburst, red sunburst, black. In all these colors the RD-12 is available with active EQ (with built-in tuner)

It is also available left-handed in the colors black and sunburst (with active EQ).
