Defective within 2 years
Is your product suddenly defective? Of course that can happen. But if the product becomes defective within 2 years, you still have a warranty with us.
Defect outside 2 years
If the product has become defective within 2 years, you can still check whether you have a warranty with the manufacturer. You can often find this in the product manual. Please note that you often have to register your product without our involvement to obtain a manufacturer's warranty.

An employee will further process the claim and discuss with you about possible repair or replacement.
