Delivery
We ship orders over €69 for free.
Below 69 euros the shipping costs are:
- Package: €5.60
- Letterbox package: €3.75

Carriers
- PostNL
(Packages after 6:00 PM will be delivered to PostNL the next day)
Abroad
If the product has to be shipped to a location outside the Netherlands, you will have different shipping costs.
You can find these costs in the shopping cart with your product. Make sure you select the correct country in the shopping cart.
The delivery is first handed over to PostNL. PostNL will probably transfer the package to another party for further transport. You will always receive a T&T so that you can track the package.
Delivery time
Please note: due to a malfunction in our system, we are currently unable to indicate the correct delivery time for a product.
If the product is in stock, you can expect to receive it at home quickly. Often the next day. But sometimes 1-6 working days.
If you want to be sure, it is best to contact us.
The following therefore does not apply at this time.
The delivery time may vary. Below are the meanings of the messages associated with the product.

Returns
Create a return:
Step 1: Go to your account via this link or at the top of the web browser by clicking on the figure.
(Did you not create an account when ordering? No problem, log in with the email address you placed the order with. This way you will find all the information.)
Step 2: Click here on the order you want to return.
Step 3: Click on request return
Step 4: We process your return and send you a return label. This allows you to return your order free of charge.
Step 5: We receive your order and determine the amount you will receive back from us.

Return conditions
A purchase may be returned within 30 days. Below are the conditions for returns:
- You have the option to register your package for return 30 days after receipt via the button above.
- After this you have 14 days to send your package to us.
- The product does not belong to the “return exceptions”.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
- We will refund the money for the returned items within 14 days of receipt.
- The return can only be recovered once at our costs. Subsequent times are at your own expense.
Cost:
Returns are possible free of charge. We will refund the full amount of the product to the account used to pay for the order.
