There are many compositions for keyboard instruments - and the piano or keyboard is not always the solo instrument. Especially in pop and jazz, the keyboard player often plays an important role in the accompaniment. Unlike in classical music, the chords are usually not written out, but are indicated in chord symbols above the staff.

Playing with chords helps the keyboard player (on piano, keyboard or synthesizer) to create rhythmically fascinating accompaniments on the basis of chord schemes. Both parts come with a CD with examples of all chord progressions as well as listening exercises.
