The Richwood RD-16 is a stylish western guitar with a solid spruce top and sapele back and sides. The guitar has a mahogany neck, acacia fingerboard and bridge and is equipped with a plastic nut and so-called satin finish. The RD-16 is a luxurious starter guitar that plays nice and light, minimizing sore fingers. The RD-16 is easy to keep in tune with the oil bath tuners.

The silver/nickel fretwork on the acacia fretboard is durable and made for long-lasting playing pleasure. The Richwood RD-16 is very suitable for people who are starting to play guitar, but also offers advanced players a stunningly warm and usable sound. The combination of the solid top, oil bath machine heads and eye-catching features such as the fingerboard binding and purfling make the RD-16 a very complete guitar within its price range.
